Get ready for the Grand Ceremonial Team Dinner, a truly special evening dedicated to honouring the exceptional service and commitment of those who have held the distinguished offices of Senior Grand Warden and Junior Grand Warden within the United Grand Lodge of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory's Ceremonial Team.This year, we are excited to gather and pay tribute to all Past Grand Wardens from 2018 through to 2025. This is our chance to collectively acknowledge their many years of dedication, steadfast leadership, and invaluable contribution to the ceremonial excellence of our jurisdiction.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, 29th November 2025
Venue: West HQ (Rooty Hill RSL)
Time: Arrive at 6:30 PM for a 7:00 PM start
Attire: Lounge Suit
Includes: A delicious three-course meal, with drinks available for purchase at a cash bar, and entertainment throughout the evening

We warmly invite Ladies to join us for this wonderful night of fellowship and celebration (please note: this event is for adults; no children under 16).
A special highlight of the evening will be the formal presentation to each of the Past Grand Wardens in recognition of their inspiring service.
