I don't know how many times I've had a participant say " I wish we could paint all day!" So many in fact that it has prompted me to create this beautiful retreat.Step away from your daily obligations and immerse yourself in a full day of intentional self-care within a supportive women's circle.
This exclusive retreat is limited to 10 participants and is designed to create a peaceful, restorative space where you can focus entirely on YOU.
Retreat Highlights:
Mindful Start: The day begins with a warm welcome, conversation, an oracle card pull, and the gifting of a dedicated personal journal.
Intuitive Guidance: Experience a beautiful guided meditation designed to connect you with your intuition, allowing imagery and symbols to emerge that will inform your creative expression.
Intention Setting: Immediately following the meditation, you will engage in a focused journaling session to clarify and set your personal intentions for the upcoming year (2026).
Creative Painting: Channel your insights onto canvas during a dedicated painting session. Each participant will receive a large 20" x 20" inch timber framed canvas and have full access to my professional acrylic paints (Golden, Holcroft, Derivan Matisse, Atelier etc) stencils, oil pastels, pouring paint, impasto & gold leaf.
The atmosphere of this retreat will be peaceful and slow, prioritizing organic connection and the shared wisdom inherent in a women's circle. Whether you attend solo or with a loved one (friend, mother, daughter, sister), you will contribute to and benefit from a nurturing communal space.
I anticipate that this day will serve as a foundation for deeper connection, with the possibility of developing into smaller, bi-monthly follow-up events to continue building trust and community among the circle participants.
