Autumn Equinox is a sacred moment of equal light and equal dark — a pause in the rhythm of the Earth where day and nightstand in perfect balance.

Just as the forest sheds what has completed its cycle,

to make space for what is true, precious, and alive within us.
In this golden turning of the seasons,
we are reminded to honour the beauty of letting go,
and to remember the quiet wisdom of nature
that lives within us all.
The evening concludes with a shared supper, creating a beautiful sense of community and connection as we indulge in this potent, potential filled time of the lunar cycle.

Amanda is an experienced yoga teacher and loves the world of sound, she is devoted to supporting the wellbeing of others. With depth in holding space and creating beautiful ceremonies Amanda will weave a magical night of Contemplation and Inward Grace.
Amanda is known for her compassionate presence and her ability to guide participants into deep relaxation and inner balance.
We are honoured to have Amanda sharing her gifts with The Sound Temple community in the Perth Hills.

To Bring: For your Autumn Equinox Sound Gathering we recommend you wear comfortable clothing and wear easy to remove shoes for entrance into and out of our sacred spaces. We also suggest bringing your own water bottle.
