The sacred movement between loss & renewal
A life well lived will have many falls and new beginnings. From the tiny to the significant. This movement between what we fall in to and what we rise up to can be a sacred and painful transition filled with unlearning, remembering and practice.
This immersion is a container to embody and practice the somatic remembering of how each of us begin again and again and again in life. How we fall in life is not always predictable, easy or understood. How we renew from such moments is where we learn our true selves, its where our practiced soul can come alive.
We will combine Soul Motion conscious movement principles, deep body listening and creative enquires to support our remembering of what we know of ourselves when we are awake to the sacred movement between loss and renewal. We will use the wisdom of the body to guide us and simple movement rituals to hold us.
Come with your body and soul as you are, no dance experience needed. Your life wisdom is wholly and worthy of being remembered, shared and held.
