An Informal Evening with Revs Jo Inkpin & Penny JonesMeet two extraordinary history-makers; Rev Jo Inkpin, Australia’s first openly transgender priest,
and Rev Penny Jones, one of the first women ordained in the Church of England. Married for 40
years, this remarkable clergy couple will share their inspiring journey of love, faith, courage, and
breaking barriers within the life of the Church. Come and meet them, and other Queer Christians
and allies. The evening begins with a Eucharist celebrated by Rev Josephine, followed by an
informal buffet dinner where all are invited to share conversation, laughter, and community. This
event offers a relaxed opportunity to meet our visiting clergy, hear their stories, and enjoy
fellowship in an affirming and welcoming environment.
All are warmly welcome so come as you are and be part of a night of faith, friendship, and
hospitality.
