CLASS OF 2025 GRADUATION
About
Dear Parents and Carers,As we approach the end of the school year, we are looking forward to celebrating our Year 6 students at their Graduation Ceremony. Due to the large number of graduates this year and the limited capacity of our venue, each student will be initially allocated two guest tickets.
After the first allocation, families who have registered their interest for additional tickets will be contacted by the school notifying them of the outcome.
We understand that some families may be affected by this limit, particularly where blended family arrangements exist. While we appreciate the importance of having all loved one’s present, we must prioritise fairness and safety by ensuring all students have equal opportunity to be represented at the event.
Event Details
📅 Date: Monday, 15th December 2025
⏰ Time: 5: 00 PM (Students arrive at 4:45pm)
📍 Venue: Edith Cowan University, Joondalup, Building 32
Ticket bookings will open via Try Booking on Wednesday, 12th November 2025.
Families are encouraged to secure their initial tickets promptly. There will be an option on the booking form to request extra tickets however families can only request up to 2 additional tickets per student due to the large cohort we have this year.
Please do not contact teachers with requests for tickets as we wish to make the process fair for all families.
Families will be notified from the 26 November if any additional tickets have been allocated to them.
