'SoundFall' is a 90 minute sound session including a blend of gentle breathwork with meditation/visualisation. This session is designed for you to rest and relax to a background of sounds from a variety of acoustic instruments.Cass is a musician (BMus) who has a special interest in the many healing qualities of sound. Cass draws from her Yoga Teacher Training for the breathwork. Each session offers you something different and you are invited to bring your favourite crystal/s (you will take this home) to place in the centre of our sound circle. Self care is a loving gift to you give to yourself. Please bring a pillow/blankets/doona and wear comfortable layered clothing for your comfort.
Instrumental music and sound with a slow tempo has been shown to help calm the nervous system. Cass uses instruments including guitar, handpan, crystal singing bowls and wooden flute to name a few. Cass has a number of albums that can be found on your favourite digital platform.
