Have a child aged 5+ who’s gymnastics obsessed, or keen to give it a try?Gym West is running a Gymnastics Holiday Clinic these school holidays!
Choose from a morning session, afternoon session, or make a full day of it by booking both. Each session offers something different, so whether your child is joining us for 3 hours or 6, they’ll enjoy a variety of activities designed to keep them moving, learning and having fun with trained and accredited coaches.
Morning Session (8:30 – 11:30)
8:30 – 9:00 Warm Up & Name badge decorating
9:00 – 10:00 Circuit A (trampoline, beam, bars, floor - 15min rotations)
10:00 – 10:30 Morning Tea (BYO)
10:30 – 11:15 Free Play/Games (throwing bean bags, treasure hunt, etc)
11:15 – 11:30 Cool Down (morning only) / Free Play (full-day kids)
Afternoon Session (11:30 – 2:30)
11:30 – 11:45 Warm Up (afternoon only) / Free Play (full-day kids)
11:45 – 12:30 Circuit B (trampoline, beam, bars, floor - 15min rotations)
12:30 – 1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 Games
2:00 – 2:30 Free Play & Cool Down
