CTP Boot Camp and Sprints Sessions

As part of ECU’s Curriculum Transformation Program (CTP), you are invited to participate in the upcoming CTP Boot Camp and Sprints. These sessions will bring together Course Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Associate Deans, and support staff to collaboratively begin redesigning courses through ECU’s programmatic learning model.This is a series of sessions for CTP courses that commence their transitions in 2026, for teaching in 2027. You will be required in-person as there will be activities and group work, with pre-reads circulated closer to the date.
Boot Camp: For ADTL’s, ADD’s, SLD’s and Course Coordinators. The Boot Camp will be focused on understanding programmatic learning; drafting course vision, capabilities, and CLOs.
Sprints 1&2 (you must attend both sessions): ADD's, Course Coordinators working with Unit Coordinators in the course. Sprint 1 will focus co-designing course backbones, CLO–MPS, and course structures. While Sprint 2 will focus on designing for learning-in-action, feedback, and assurance.
