About
Single Session Family Consult (SSFC) is a brief, family-focused approach designed to support consumers, families, carers, and supporters.This collaborative process brings together clinicians, consumers, and family members to clarify the consumer’s needs and identify the supports available within the family system. The SSFC model also helps highlight individual and collective strengths, while providing families with a clearer understanding of who we are and how we work as a mental health service.
This training session offers an opportunity to:
* Build knowledge and understanding of the SSFC model
* Explore practical application of the tool through interactive role plays
*Reflect on how SSFC can be effectively implemented within your teams
