Weavers Retreats: Women Weaving Wellbeing & Wisdom
About
Weavers Retreats and Courses support women's wellbeing during midlife, The Menopause (including peri- and post-Menopause), female maturity and elderhood.Weavers Retreats offer an immersive wellbeing and wisdom experience for women that enable women to better understand their own journey through midlife, The Menopause and elderhood. Women uniquely engage with their wellbeing experiences through different perspectives, such as Yoga and other body-based practices, myth and folklore, compassionate and narrative therapeutic approaches. These practices and perspectives enable women to holistically explore, empower and transform their approach towards midlife, The Menopause, female aging and maturity, and elderhood.
Weavers Retreats offer a tapestry formed from yogic, meditation, biomedical, psychological, philosophical, historical, psychotherapeutic threads I have absorbed into my personal and professional practice over the years. They are grounded in evidence-based and evidence-informed information and practices.
