This promotional filming event is open to all current HTSC members within the wedding industry sector who have participated as venues or vendors at previous Maleny Wedding Festival Trails and who have registered* to participate at our Summer 2026 Maleny Wedding Festival Trail ~ 10th & 11th January, 2026.
*Vendor Registrations for our SUMMER wedding showcase close 18th December ~ There is still time to register!
There are still venues looking for vendors just like you!
Simply register to participate in the Summer '26 MWFT now, rsvp to this event and express your interest in participating in this promotional filming opportunity designed to highlight the MWFT and your business.
Due to logistical constraints, (we can't film until midnight!), this filming is capped at 20 vendors or venues who are 'prepared, primped and preened', arriving 100% ready and willing to be filmed for a short clip that will be used for the promotion of the Summer MWFT and your business.
HTSC anticipates offering similar promotional filming events for all sectors of the Hinterland Tourism membership base in the future.
All the fun should not reside exclusively with our wedding membership cohort after all!
We ask our guest vendors and venues who secure a ticket to this event to prepare and practice a short speech of no longer than 25-45 secs, using the information you supply in your responses during booking. This will be your testimonial script to present on the day of filming!

Our lucky guest vendors and venues who have secured a ticket at this event, will be notified by HTSC Friday 21st November afternoon.
