Purpose of This Session
This presentation will explore:
- What shame is
- How it develops
- How it affects our thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and relationships
- Practical ways to recognise and work with shame in ourselves and others
The aim is to increase awareness, reduce self-judgement, and develop healthier ways of responding when shame is activated.
