Agenda: Introduction to Emotionally Focused Therapy
Lisa and Nell will provide an introduction to Emotionally Focused Therapy, sharing some of the features that make it one of the ‘gold standard’ approaches for relationship counselling and providing a simulated experience of EFT in action.
Nell works in private practice as an adults and couples therapist, and also as a children’s and families counsellor with Laurel Place. Emotionally focused therapy is a cornerstone of her work with couples and families.
Lisa works in private practice with couples and individuals. Emotionally focused therapy is the foundational approach she uses in relationship counselling.
