Trail Mates - Social Mountain Biking Ride and Reset
For February we'll be riding in the Coombahbah Lakelands Conservation Area to go Koala hunting. It will be a nice, cruisey ride on some flat paths and fire roads, followed up by a drive to a nearby coffee shop for those that are interested.
These social mountain bike rides are about connection as much as riding. They offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment for riders of all levels—especially those using riding to support their mental health or reconnect with others. The focus is on enjoying the outdoors, getting those endorphins flowing, and rediscovering the simple joy of being active together.
2 hour social ride. Must have working MTB, helmet, water and basic riding skills.
Meeting location will be on Lakelands Road in the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area
