Invitation to 2025 Presentation Evening

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that your child will be receiving an award at our 2025 Presentation Evening.

We invite you to join us for this special event at:
The New Hope Community Centre
Date: Tuesday 16 December
Time: Program starts at 6:00pm (Students must arrive by 5:00pm sharp. Late arrivals will not be able to participate in the ceremony.)

Important Information

To help us plan effectively for the evening, please note the following requirements:

1. Ticketing:
   • Each family is entitled to 2 audience tickets per student receiving an award.
   • Tickets are priced at $10 each and must be booked online.
   • You must also book a free-of-charge ticket to confirm your child’s attendance. If this ticket is not booked, we will assume your child is not attending, and they will not be presented with their award 
2. Booking Deadline:
   • Bookings will close at midnight on Sunday 7 December.
   • An email confirming attendance will be sent on Wednesday 10 December.
   • No late bookings or ticket purchases will be accepted, and tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue.
3. Entry Requirements:
   • Please have your tickets (printed or on your phone) ready to scan for entry on the evening to avoid long lines.
4. Awards:
   • Awards will cover various categories, including merit certificates, sports, arts, music, community and school service, and acknowledgment of College values. The specific award your child will receive will be announced during the event.
5. Photography:
   • For child safety, filming or photography is not permitted during the ceremony. However, photos can be taken afterward at a designated photo backdrop.
6. Missed Attendance:
   • Students unable to attend can collect their award from Reception starting Friday 30 January 2026. They will not be available any earlier.
