As the sun reaches its peak and we welcome the warmth, expansion, and illumination of the Summer Solstice, you’re invited to step into a sacred space crafted to open the heart, settle the nervous system, and guide you into deep connection with yourself and the season’s energy.We’ll begin by gathering in ceremony with heart-opening cacao, encouraging presence, softness, and inner clarity. From this grounded place, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation and mantra practice, supporting you to awaken your voice, expand your energy, and align with the light of the Solstice.
You’ll then be invited to rest deeply as you’re held in an immersive sound healing journey, where therapeutic vibrations help create space for release, realignment, and renewal.
