An exciting 10-week High Performance program for talented female and male athletes who want to push themselves further.
Led by experienced netball coach Mitchell McBurnie and overseen by Julie Fitzgerald AM, NSU Academy embeds the high-performance behaviours of the Premier League's most successful franchise.
The NSU Academy Program will cover
• High Performance Training
• Skills and Tactics
• Athlete Wellbeing and Goal Development
The program will be held in two blocks allowing:
1) Peak preparation for the representative season
2) Proper athlete management during the representative season (allowing the athlete to concentrate on metro league and association representative commitments.
3) Post-season measurement and preparation for trials.
BLOCK 1 - 6 weeks - Season Preparation

Fri 6 March - Indoor
BLOCK 2 - Aug / Sept - 4 weeks - Trial Preparation
Athletes may also have the opportunity for match play against other Academy teams throughout the season.
Our program is specifically focused for two groups
1) Tier 1 - Ages 15 plus - for those training for Senior State Titles and all levels of Metro league
2) Tier 2 Ages 13 - 14 - for those training for Junior Representative teams.
The total cost for the 10-week program will be $400.
