Learn how to take effortlessly cool fashion photographs with Daniel Temesgen.Daniel Temesgen is an Ethiopian-born Melbourne-based photographer, whose work has featured in campaigns for brands including Nike, Celine, Issey Miyake, YSL, Adidas and Asics amongst many others.
In this workshop Daniel will take you through a fashion photoshoot from concept to set-up and shooting, covering topics such as such as developing a concept, lighting, composition and direction.
You’ll explore:
• studio lighting techniques for fashion photography (key light, fill light, main light, back light)
• using lighting modifiers like reflectors, screens and softboxes
• tone and key, and how to set up light for beautiful high/low key portraits
• how to direct and guide models, how to pose your subjects
• telling a story
What to bring:
• camera, laptop
• SD cards
