The Graduation Ceremony will take place at Ulumbarra Theatre, Bendigo on Wednesday 18th March 2026.

All eligible students must register to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

Graduand Registration is $75 per graduand and includes:

- Registration to the Graduation
- Two (2) complimentary guest tickets
- Hiring of the academic regalia – stole and graduation gown
- Light refreshments
- Keepsake program
- Stage photography

TICKET PURCHASING

When purchasing your graduation ticket, if you wish to use your two (2) complimentary guest tickets you must select this option at time of booking. 

Additional guest tickets can be purchased at a cost and are available to purchase up until the day of the event, unless sold out prior. 

Refunds: If a student requires a refund for a ticket, the student needs to send an email 2 days prior to event, via email: events@bendigotafe.edu.au to be eligible for a refund. Other refunds will be determined on a case by case basis

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

• Children are welcome to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
• Guest tickets must be purchased for children aged 12 and over.
• Children’s tickets can be purchased for children under the age of 12. These are available for $10 per child.
• Infants and toddlers (4 years and under) do not require a ticket

5:00pm - 6:30pm - Graduand registration and gowning

6:00pm - 7:00pm - Guest arrival, canapes and photography

6:45pm - 7:15pm - Graduand seating and briefing

7:15pm - 7:30pm - Guest seating

7:30pm - Graduation Ceremony
