Come and celebrate the CGSV Guitar Orchestra at our End Of Year concert for 2025.Formed in 2009 through the Classical Guitar Society of Victoria, the Guitar Orchestra (GO) has quickly become Victoria’s leading community-based guitar ensemble. Under the direction of Benjamin Dix, the GO brings together guitarists of all backgrounds to enhance their skills and gain performance experience.
The GO has performed at prestigious venues like the Melbourne Recital Centre and MPavilion, and collaborated with renowned artists such as Z.O.O Duo and Melbourne Guitar Quartet. They've explored a diverse repertoire, from traditional to contemporary works, unique ensemble arrangements to modern Australian compositions.
