Vitality Café - December
About
The Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay is delighted to invite you to the fifth session of our 'Vitality Cafe'!The aim of the Vitality Café is to support the physical, mental, and social well-being of older adults through a two-hour session occurring once a month.
Each session will include light physical activity, mental engagement exercises, a brief informal talk on a relevant topic, and opportunities for social connection.
A light lunch and refreshments (non-alcoholic) will be provided to all attendees.
You will be prompted to add any dietary requirements during the booking process.
A fee of $10 per person applies to offset the costs of running the event.
