Program Dates

• Week 1: Monday 12th January - Friday 16th January 

• Week 2: Monday 19th January – Friday 23rd January

• Time: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM Daily

Program Timetable

Drop off: 8.45 am - 9.00 am

Activity 1: 9.00 am - 11.30 am

Snack: 11.30 am - 11.45 am

Activity 2: 11.45 am - 1.30 pm

Lunch: 1.30 pm - 2.00 pm

Activity 3: 2.00 pm - 4.30 pm

Pick up: 4.30 pm - 5.00 pm

Booking Instructions 

Note: A $0.50 TryBooking fee applies for each activity booked.

Steps to Book: 

1. Select session times for the child/children you are booking.

2. Complete the full booking process and payment for one child at a time. To ensure accurate details are collected for each child, only one 'ticket' per session can be purchased at a time.

3. Fill in all allergy and medical condition information at the end of the booking process.

4. If your child has special needs or requirements, please include this information when booking.
   All relevant information and action plans must be provided by email before your child's attendance.

Important Information

• Children must be attending primary school. 

• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable due to a change of mind.
  Refunds are only available with a valid medical certificate.

• If you need to contact the centre while your child is attending the program, please call the office or the Holiday Program mobile on 0411507 676.
