A weekend training workshop is available for ABA trainees on Sunday 6 April 2025 from 9am to 4pm. Bespoke training will be on offer to meet the individual needs of those attending. Due to our Federal Volunteer Grant funding, we are able to provide this workshop to trainees FREE of charge, however you will need to BYO lunch and drinks. Carers and family members are able to come along to assist you with your child/ren.
BEFORE REGISTERING, please check with your group or region if you require any financial assistance for accommodation. Please note: if seeking financial assistance from your group or region, it is expected that you would have contributed to your local group and ABA fundraising efforts, and demonstrate that you are making reasonable progress in your training. In some cases you may be asked to complete some units before being reimbursed, so please keep your receipts.

If you can help with set-up or pack-up, please indicate this in your registration form. Trainees will be able to claim this time towards their 150 hours volunteer training requirement.
