Dr Shona Erskine is a psychologist specialising in performance psychology for dancers and a former professional dancer herself. With a background that spans performance, teaching, and research, she brings a unique perspective on how psychology can support sustainable, values-based practice in the studio. Shona has taught across leading institutions, worked with dance companies and independent artists.
