Learn to decorate honey biscuits with ‘Those Barossa Girls’ in a fun school holiday program.An immersion and connection to Barossa’s food heritage, Honey Biscuits (Honig Kuchen) are a traditional, and very unique, Barossa recipe. Made prolifically in kitchens across the region, they remain an enduring family favourite.
In this workshop children will have the opportunity to decorate Honey Biscuits with icing and dried fruit. They can be as creative or traditional as they like, and can take their finished creations home to eat or gift for Christmas.
All materials supplied.
