About
Our goal for the sessions is to provide a full day of learning, socialising and enjoyment where we will be teaching small elements of multiple life skills each day.The event will be held in the Belmont Hub, we have large spaces to use freely and will also be using a demonstration kitchen with 5 workspaces.
Some of the activities will include: 2 hours of Healthy Eating learning and cooking each week, what to do in an emergency training with DFES, Money management talks with role play, healthy mind and healthy body, personal care, goal setting and Public transport training.
If you feel you don't need to attend with a support worker please let us know via email.
We are happy for people to share supports, please let us know if that is your desire and we will put people in contact with oneanother to organise futher.
