This free online webinar is designed for people with lived experience of hypermobile EDS or HSD and for health professionals working in this space.The session will be led by Jemima, founder and lead exercise physiologist at Visible Exercise Physiology in Canberra. Jemima lives with hypermobile EDS, POTS, ME/CFS, MCAS, endometriosis, AuDHD and PTSD. She brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her approach. She will guide you through practical, safe and confidence building ways to approach movement and exercise with hypermobility.
You will also hear from guest speaker Carla Papac, senior exercise physiologist, who will discuss endo, PCOS and AFAB specific health considerations for exercising with hypermobile EDS and HSD.
There will be time for questions at the end and the space will be gentle, accessible and supportive.
