• All members are encouraged to play, members friends are welcomed in the Family Doubles and 100Yr+ doubles events.

TIMELINE

• Saturday April 18th and Sunday April 19th.
• Spare date for finals (if needed) Saturday March 28th and Sunday March 29th 
• * Some first round matches will be played Friday April 17th (Evening after 6pm)

• For all matches, all players must be available to play within 15 minutes of allocated times.  If a player is not available within 15 mins., he/she shall forfeit the first set. Subsequently, if a player is not present within 30 mins. of the allocated time, he/she shall forfeit the match, unless the match committee is notified of the extenuating circumstances.
• Correct tennis attire and court etiquette shall be strictly enforced.
• Players may enter a maximum of 3 events.
• Payments MUST be made via the Trybooking link only.
• Events subject to minimum number of entries.
• All players must be financial club members at the time of application, except for the Family Doubles, Combined 100 years + Doubles and PWII, where only one person in the pair MUST be a financial member. Family teams can be brothers, sisters, Mum, Dad, Grandparents etc.

• All players acknowledge by their entry lodgement that they are available to play at allocated times (unless agreed otherwise by the Tournament Committee) - please advise on entry form of times unavailable.
• All finals will be completed over the allocated weekend (weather permitting).
• Any unplayed matches MUST be completed by April 27th by mutual agreement of players.
• All decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse entry.
• ALL INITIAL DRAWS & SCHEDULE OF PLAY WILL BE EMAILED TO PLAYERS & CAN BE VIEWED ON DTC WEBSITE
