The Parish Renewal Team, invites clergy, religious, and lay faithful of the Archdiocese of Sydney, to discern their charisms. 

The Called & Gifted Discernment Process is designed to help Christians identify and nurture their charisms, which are special abilities given to all Christians by the Holy Spirit to give them power both to represent Christ and to be a channel of God's goodness for people.

Session Dates, Times, and Mode of Delivery

The Called & Gifted Discernment Process consists of three parts. All parts are necessary for discovering where you are uniquely gifted.

Part 1 - Workshops

(a) Workshop Preparation - In-person at St Catherine Labouré parish, Gymea

Monday 4 May, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

(b) Workshop Intensive - In-person at St Catherine Labouré parish, Gymea

Saturday 9 May, 9:00am - 5:00pm  

Part 2 - Gifts Interviews - Online via Zoom

Participants will schedule and undertake a personal one-hour interview, to occur between Monday 11 May and Monday 1 June. 

Part 3 - In-depth Discernment (4 sessions) - In-person at St Catherine Labouré parish, Gymea

Thursday 4 June, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Thursday 18 June, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Thursday 2 July, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Thursday 16 July, 7:00pm - 8:30pm
