Would you get excited about the opportunity to perform at Cairns Central Shopping Centre?
If you are aged 7yo to Adult age and wish to perform a 3-day Performance at Cairns Central from 2nd to 4th July (first week of the school holidays), then the Dance Troupe is for you!!!
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
• 1.5 term commitment of weekly rehearsals during dance term starting end of February.
• Extra rehearsals week of 29th June (leading up to the actual shows).
• Personal & Professional Development so you can be the best version of yourself, bonding and lots of dancing!
• Learn 2 dances plus a Finale dance (where everyone dances on stage).
ElLIGIBILITY:
• Loves to dance
• Show high attendance to classes & rehearsals
• Showcases a lot of energy
• Ages 7yo to Adult
• Enrol & attend (consistently) a regular weekly dance class in Term 1 and Term 2.
• Commits to the Term 1 & Term 2 Productions.
• Be a positive representation of Backstreet Dance eg. upholding our values of positivity.
WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?
• Week of the 23rd February 2026
WHAT TIME ARE THE CLASSES?
• Thursdays 7pm to 8.30pm- Senior Hip Hop Troupe (Preteen, Teen & Adult)
• Fridays 7pm to 8.30pm - Senior Jazz/Contemp Troupe (Preteen, Teen & Adult)
• Saturdays 2.30pm to 4pm - Junior Dance Troupe (mixed styles for ages 7-9yo)
WHAT IS THE COST?
• $559 which includes:
- Studio Rehearsals
- Dance Troupe Top
- Stage Rehearsals
- Costume Hire
- 3 Days of Performances
- GST
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

2. If you have a PayPal account, you have the option to pay in 4 instalments at the checkout.
All payments are made through the Trybooking website.
DEADLINE TO BOOK:
• 21st February 2026 UNLESS spots are filled prior.
• First in best dressed applies.
