Join me for a special end-of-year Creative Therapy & Sound Healing session where we’ll explore who we’re becoming through art, intention, and soothing sound.Instead of lying down for a traditional sound bath, this session invites you to create your own “Becoming Board”, a soulful, creative collage or art-piece that reflects the energy, qualities, and dreams you’re stepping into.
As you create, I’ll weave a gentle soundscape with drums, chimes, bowls, and intuitive instruments to support reflection, inspiration, and inner clarity.

All art supplies will be provided, if however you have any specific pictures that you wish to include or a journal you prefer to create in, bring them along.
This session is cozy, creative, and heart-nourishing.
