HOW TO WORK WITH FEAR JAN 2026
“How to Work with Fear”
We all know what fear is and how it feels to be afraid; we don’t trust the situation, we feel unsafe, we experience an unpleasant feeling and try to get away from it.
This reaction happens automatically. If that reaction is strong, we no longer have access to our logical mind. It also affects us physically: we can feel sick or even paralyzed and if we experience fear over a long period of time it can have serious impact on our mental and physical health.
During this day we’ll talk about what fear is, how we can recognize it and learn how it influences our body and mind. The more we understand the workings of the mind and the fears that arise within our mind, the more we can stay in control when this happens.
By learning how to be lovingly present with ourselves while experiencing fear we develop self-compassion.
From this our insights into reality grow and peace of mind will come.
