Kick off the event with a 45-minute boxing session led by coach Zaine - designed to elevate your heart rate, boost your mood, and ignite your energy for the day.
🤸♂️ STRETCH - 12:00 PM
Reset your body with a 30-minute guided group stretch led by Lea from StretchLab Subiaco, focusing on mobility, flexibility, and deep release after your workout.
❄️🔥 MELT - 1:00 PM
Finish strong with an invigorating 1-hour contrast therapy session at Melt Saunas - Cold plunge → Sauna → Repeat. Perfect for recovery, stress relief, and giving your body that end-of-year reset. Plus a Matcha surprise to finish the session in the best way.
