Through her research, Natalie found that whether it's metabolism, immunity, mood, skin, digestion - all of it starts in the gut. By rebalancing your gut microbiome, you can transform your entire body and mind.
Armed with this knowledge, Natalie went on to transform her own body and mind, became the author of the best-selling book "Gut Health Recipe Compendium", and creator of the GutStrong Method. Join us at Mills Park Library for Natalie's presentation on resetting your gut health, followed by a Q&A.
