Melbourne’s own psychedelic blues-rock power trio THE HEAVY KICKS are hitting the stage at Way Out West Blues Club for an afternoon of high-voltage blues, soaring improvisation, and groove-driven energy.
Fronted by guitarist/vocalist Shaun Klinger, with Chris Rourke on bass and Mark Degiorgio on drums, The Heavy Kicks deliver a sound that hits hard: soulful, gritty, electric, and always unpredictable. Their live shows move seamlessly between tight, explosive originals and reimagined classics—blurring the line between structure and full-throttle improvisation.
