🦘Bouncing into Story Time: National Simultaneous Storytime 2026! ⚽Join us on Wednesday 27 May, as we take part in the live national broadcast of Luna the Roo: The Kangaroo Baller - the 2026 National Simultaneous Storytime book!
During this magical session, children will:
✨ Participate in the national live broadcast of the story
✨ Enjoy story-inspired craft and creativity projects
✨ Re-dramatise the story through movement and drama
✨ Take part in engaging literacy and numeracy activities related to the story themes
✨ Engage in collaborative, joyful learning designed to nurture confidence and curiosity

National Simultaneous Storytime is a much-loved annual event organised by the Australian Library and Information Association. Each year, children across Australia come together to enjoy the same book at the same time in a fun, shared celebration of stories.
