Life is better when you dance it!Welcome to Biodanza, the "dance of life", a life-affirming experience combining joyful movement, music with feeling and genuine connections.
Even if you have "2 left feet" or have never danced before, you can do Biodanza. There are no steps to memorise, no "right" way to move, just enjoyable movement, play for grown-ups and self-expression set to great music.
Biodanza is a human development system that helps you move better, feel better and live better. Danced all around the world, it is backed by research that shows regular sessions reduce stress, improve mood, increase feelings of wellbeing and can even boost your immunity.
