Join us for another session of Movement as Medicine, where we explore and release the suppressed emotions and feelings held in our bodies.
We have the right to feel — and feeling is healing.
The session will take place on Sunday, 14th of December, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Millennium House, a heritage building in Seddon.
This month’s collaboration features live music from pianist and djembefola Jordan Scotney. He will open and close the dance with expressive piano and strings, inviting emotions to flow and hearts to open. During dj Emi’s set, Jordan will join on djembe, bringing fire and rhythmic energy to the dance floor. Together, music and movement become true medicine.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle and an open heart. 💓
