About
This 18-hole Charity event, held at the picturesque Kooringal Golf Club in Altona VIC on 1st May 2026, supports the amazing work of Very Special Kids and the Rotary Club of Altona City in the community. A networking opportunity not to be missed!Very Special Kids is the only end-of-life facility in Victoria that is specially designed for children with life-limiting conditions, and their families. The Rotary Club of Altona City focuses on supporting youth, education, and community needs.
The Charity Golf Day will see teams of 4 follow an Ambrose format, with several fun minor competitions along the way. A Putting Competition will start the day, to be followed by 2 nearest the pins, a longest drive and a straightest drive. Team prizes await the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams. Excellent mostly golf-focused prizes are provided. Raffles and Auctions at the 2-course seated lunch in the Club Restaurant will follow the round of golf.
