AcroYoga Course, Term 1 2026, with Rach, Linda & Chelsea
A 10 week course in the art of AcroYoga, which involves working with others to find balance as you share weight and make shapes together, often with one or more people off the floor, supported by their acro partners.
This course is suitable for total beginners! And also for experienced AcroYogis who want to refine their techniques, learn new skills and transitions, or practice a different role to their usual!
We will work on skills and developing good core engagement, body awareness, strength, flexibility, handstands, good communication, trust, and playfulness!
We will also learn how to spot each other so we can all be safe while we learn and challenge ourselves.
6.30 - 8.30pm Tuesdays
