NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGWALKERVILLE FOOTBALL CLUB INC.
Dear Members, players, families and supporters,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Walkerville Football Club Inc. will be held as follows:
Date: Thursday 11 December 2025
Time: 7.30pm
Venue: Walkerville Football Club, Smith Street Walkerville
The purpose of the meeting is to:
1. Confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
2. Receive and consider the President’s Report.
3. Receive and consider the Treasurer’s Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2025
4. Elect office bearers and committee members for the upcoming year.
5. Consider any other business of which due notice has been given.
Nominations for Committee Positions (office bearers):
Chairman Deputy Chair
Secretary Assistant secretary
Treasurer Men’s football director
Women’s football director Social director (2 positions)
Sponsorship director (2 positions) Communications director (social media/publicity)
General committee (up to 6 positions)
Members interested in nominating for a position on the committee should submit their expression of interest or nomination in writing to the Chairman, Ryan Curry, prior to the AGM.
Position description can be provided.
Please note, nominations will be accepted on the night.
