Practicing yoga is so much more fun when we do it together! Join us for a gentle, playful session designed for kids and their grown-ups. This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, stretch, and share mindful moments with your little ones.

BYO mat or request one at checkout.

Adults: $7. Children under 12 FREE.

Please note that children under the age of 12 must not be left unattended.
