The GOAT was the “Greatest Of All Time.” Now there’s a new improved GOAT – “Grifting Opportunistic Aspirational Tokenist.”
These smug do-gooders are influencers, men’s health frauds, motivational speakers, self-help gurus, awareness-raisers and charity spruikers, saving our lives and soul, one financial transaction at a time.
Are they? Or are they just exploiting our confusion, innocence and gullibility for anything that is sold as virtuous? Can you still be a good person if you’ve never handed over a gigantic cheque or grown a moustache in November?
Woody knows he never will be a ‘Greatest’, but he might be a ‘Grifter’ or ‘Gullible’. Which one are you? Even if you don’t find the answer, you’ll have a damn good laugh as he curiously investigates our eagerness to invest in the grift.
