Professor Christine Kilpatrick AO (Hogg 1970)
Professor Christine Kilpatrick AO is a renowned health leader with a track-record of shaping and strengthening health services in Victoria with experience across clinical, academic medicine and hospital administration. She began her medical career as a neurologist, then transitioned into health management and was appointed CEO Royal Children’s Hospital (2008-2017) and CEO Royal Melbourne Hospital (2017-2023). Her work continues across the health sector serving on several boards, including Chair of Royal Children’s Hospital, Healthdirect Australia and the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.
