About
Residential Care Line supports residential aged care staff to provide care in place, aiming where appropriate to reduce the need for unnecessary ED presentations and hospital admissions. RCL aims to provide timely access to appropriate care pathways and to improve the quality-of-life of older people living in residential care.This forum is for nursing staff working in residential aged care facilities.
The forum will cover multiple aspects of Chronic Disease and Clinical Deterioration Management and will comprise of presentations and workshops.
The forum will be held at the Gary Holland Community Centre, 19 Kent St, Rockingham (see ticket for more details).
Doors open for Registration at 0800hrs
Morning tea and lunch provided
PLEASE NOTE: For the following purposes bookings must be made in the name of the participant
- tickets will be scanned upon entry
- Attendance Certificates will be generated as per the name on the booking
- Attendance Certificates will be emailed to participants in the week following the event
