Join our energising exercise classes designed for people aged 50 and over, focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility.
Stay active, healthy, and connected in a fun and supportive group setting!
Classes are run by trained fitness instructors.
Due to the growing popularity of our classes, from 2026 the number of participants will be capped for each session, and bookings will be required. Fee - CHSP Registered - $5.00 LEAP Member - $7.00
