PEMA Somatic Movement & Vedic Breathing Class
About
Join me for a seasonal Somatic Movement and Vedic Breathwork class designed to help your whole body soften and release. This gentle one-hour class blends movement, breath and a little bit of magic as we explore how good it feels to come home to your body.In this session, we will work together so that you can:
-Connect with your body
-Learn deep relaxation
-Release your own energetic boundaries
-Learn techniques of Vedic breathing
-Practice activating your muscles to release stored emotions
All that you will need is a bottle of water and some comfortable clothes.
Join me for the chance to unwind, reconnect and feel lighter from the inside out.
