This tournament is for:
- Adults
- Strong juniors from the Sunday coaching who want to improve by playing in longer tournaments
PAIRINGS: FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL APPLY
In order to prepare future players into the Friday tournaments, players will need to indicate that they are NOT able to play the forthcoming round by the Saturday 5 pm before the round. The pairings of the round will be published on Saturday night and emailed to the players

Round 1 Sunday 1 February [miss February 8]
Round 2 Sunday 15 February [miss February 22]
Round 3 Sunday 1 March [miss March 8]
Round 4 Sunday 15 March
Round 5 Sunday 22 March
Round 6 Sunday 29 March
VENUE: Box Hill Chess Club. 21A Electra Avenue, Ashwood
FORMAT: 6 Round Swiss System. ACF Rated
FORFEIT TIME: Late arrival by 30 minutes from the start of the round will result in forfeiture.
TIME CONTROLS: 60 minutes plus 30 seconds from move 1. All players must record their moves.

HALF POINT BYES: A maximum of two half point byes only will be permitted for rounds 1 to 5.
Players MUST indicate if they will miss a round by Saturday 5 pm before the round, otherwise they will be given a bye.
