The Big River All Stars are a honky tonkin' Dangar Island Band featuring the considerable talents of Jimmy Daley (Electric Guitar, Voice) Alex Jung (Double Bass, Voice), Professor Godbolt (Piano, Voice) and Steve Griffiths (Acoustic Guitar, Voice). Playing a fun melange of Western Swing, Honky Tonk and Vintage Country, they will be playing on the Dangar Bowlo verandah regularly through the Summer months.Verandah Sessions run roughly 3pm to 5pm on Saturdays. We'll be serving our 'Sundowners' drinks specials and we'll have delicious deli platters available to nibble on, with dinner being available from 6pm. This is a limited capacity session, so book a seat to reserve a table. Or just roll up, have a drink and drop a donation in the 'Hat' for the band!
